You’ll skip typical exercises like sit-ups and planks, in favor of a flow-style of movement that feels dance-like. Alton begins with a warmup that includes marches to wake-up your stabilizing muscles, twists to turn on your obliques, and hip-circles to “awaken, empower and mobilize” your pelvis.
Next, Alton pickups up the tempo. As she moves through more intense exercises, you can follow class member Tiffany Marie and Poofy Moffitino for different speeds and variations.
