I Tested a Partner CrossFit Workout in Reebok’s Iconic Training Shoes

Fit Check is a series where host Sarah Wasilak tests fresh activewear from brands while trying out a new fitness class, from the latest Pilates hybrid creation to the hot yoga class everyone is talking about on TikTok. For the latest installment, she reviews Reebok apparel while working out at Legacy Fit Miami.

Admittedly, I don’t cross-train enough. As a runner, I know that it’s incredibly important to incorporate some functional strength training into my weekly routine to prevent injury. So when I got the chance to try out a CrossFit-style partner workout in Reebok Nano X5 Training Shoes ($150), I jumped at the opportunity. Luckily, I was among a motivated group of women athletes at a High Performance Lifestyle Training summit, and our circuit was led by CrossFit Games athlete Fee Saghafi – so the excitement in the room was palpable, to say the least.
